Returns & refunds

1. Returns within 14 days

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email us at resi@kratostennis.com with your order number and the item: we reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

2. Sending the return

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your cost; please use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags.

The return address depends on the fulfilment facility that shipped your order. Contact us first: we confirm the correct facility for your order. Do not send anything without our confirmation, as it may not be accepted.

3. Refund

We refund the item price and the standard shipping paid at checkout within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. If the item arrives damaged or used, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the damage.

4. Defective, wrong or damaged items

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and attach one or two photos. You do not need to send anything back: choose a free replacement or a full refund including shipping. A replacement ships within 2–4 business days plus production and delivery (about 5–10 days).

5. Timing

Items are made to order: production takes 2–5 business days and delivery in Europe 3–7 business days. A full return, from pickup to refund, can take up to 4 weeks.

6. Size exchanges

We do not swap sizes directly: return the item as described above and place a new order in the right size.
