1. Seller

2. Products and fulfilment

Apparel is printed on demand by our partner Printful; sports equipment is shipped from BigBuy's European warehouse. Delivery times: 3–7 business days across Europe.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Accepted payments: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The order is confirmed upon successful payment.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons. Personalized print-on-demand items are excluded where permitted by law. Refunds within 14 days of return receipt.

5. Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (EU consumer law).

6. Disputes

EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
