2. Data we collect

Order data (name, address, email, phone) needed to fulfil purchases; payment data processed directly by PayPal/Stripe (we never store card numbers); browsing data and cookies (see Cookie Policy); newsletter email with explicit consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Order fulfilment and shipping via our suppliers Printful (print-on-demand) and BigBuy (EU warehouse) — contractual basis; legal and tax obligations; marketing and profiled promotions only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data sharing

Data is shared only with: Printful Inc. and BigBuy (order fulfilment), PayPal/Stripe (payments), email marketing provider, hosting provider. All processors are GDPR-compliant; transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Order data: 10 years (tax law). Marketing data: until consent withdrawal. Cookies: see Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy). Write to privacy@kratostennis.com.
